JOEL BARTH

Prior to joining Triwood, Joel served as CFO for a mortgage company in the Seattle area. Joel is a Managing Broker and has been licensed for the past 23 years. He has received numerous awards recognizing his sales performance and was previously featured in Seattle Magazine by Five Star Professional as a top broker. Joel has been a landlord and has advised and developed many large construction projects. Barth is 46 years old and has lived in the Pacific Northwest since 1995.

Originally from Taiwan, Cady now lives in East Seattle with her husband and two young boys. She had been in Greater Seattle Area for the past 10 years and had been working in Seattle real estate for over 5 years.
